On Saturday, May 21st, 2016, AMMO returns to Nomads in South Windsor, CT for their Grappling Championship No-Gi & Gi tournament.

Also occurring that day is a Super Fight between Patrick Alex Walsh and Chris Manley

AND a 10 Man Purple Belt Absolute challenge!!!

Come as an individual or as a team to compete. Pre-registration closes at midnight,May 16, 2016. We attract competitors from all over the East Coast.

Competitors/Spectators have two options when registering and buying admission tickets.

1. Pre-register online and receive a discount fee for competitors and spectators

Weighed-ins 8:30-10am on the day of the tournament.

2016 AMMO Fight League kicks off it’s season…..

We are New England’s premier Grappling Championship & Super Fight tournament promotions. On Sunday February 28th, 2016 AMMO returns for AMMO 1 Grappling & Super Fight Tournament.

Besides holding our regular grappling tournament we will also be holding the “No-GI Rumble” 10 person challenge. Cost to participate in the challenge is $80 Pre registration only!

4 brackets total.

– Men lightweight (under 185)
– Men Heavyweight (Over 185)

– Women lightweight (under 135)
– Women Heavyweight (Over 135)

So come as an individual or as a team to compete. Pre-registration closes on midnight February 22nd, 2016.

Registration Information

Competitors have two options when registering, pre-register by the deadline, or register at the event. Please note that everyone needs to be registered and weighed-in by 10am on the day of the tournament.

PRE-REGISTER (ONLINE) for our Regular Grappling tournament.

Kids/Women’s Divisions:

Pre Registration: $40 (one event) or $60 (Gi & No Gi)

Day of Event: $ 60 (one event) or $80 (Gi & No Gi)

Men’s Divisions:

Pre Registration: $50 (one event) or $70 (Gi & No Gi)

Day of Event: $ 60 (one event) or $80 (Gi & No Gi)

Prepaid spectator fee is $10.00 or adults and $5 for kids(12 under).

AMMO IV Grappling Championship Battle to the Octagon Tournament continues!

Come and Participate in AMMOs series 4 of 6 grappling championship tournaments to determine the grand winners of each division that will have the privilege to enter the octagon in January to be crowned AMMO’s 2013 Champion of CHAMPIONS and will be eligible to receive a cash prize!

Come and attempt to retire the current champions from all the divisions. …
All returning champions participate to defend their division at no cost(Win or Lose you keep your belts, no new belts will be presented if you defend your division successfully but will receive a Gold Medal) but as always champions make 10% of all the fans/spectators that go to support them and an additional 10% of all participants that they refer to compete! New champions will be awarded 1st place championship belts and be entitled to some incentives when returning to defend their title.

Kids No Gi and GI will take place first starting at 10am, followed by Females, Teens and Adults in that sequence.

Yes we know that the IBJJF PANS in NY are also occurring on the same day as our tournament. But we are the alternative grappling league to those other big leagues.

As many of you that have participated at our tournaments know we are for you!

We are structured like an MMA league where if you win your division you are awarded a “Championship Belt” and a “TITLE” and are welcomed back to defend the belt(Win or lose you keep the belt) and title at no cost to the champion! The other benefit of being a Division Champion is that you also make a commission from all ticket sales from your friends/family that go to support you and also make a percentage from participant referrals and are eligible to be sponsored by AMMO to compete at other competitions. No other league will offer you that! …

AMMO was created for you the grappling competitor and we will soon be branching into the realm of MMA competition in 2014 with a big national MMA promotions company(We are currently in discussion with a few of them) that will allow us to give you more opportunities in your goals/objectives.

3rd AMMO Grappling Championship Tournament Location and Date Change

Due to some unforeseeable circumstances the promoter  for the Battle in woods tournament will not be able to host us at the Casino on July 20th and is looking to reschedule it for another time.

But AMMO will go forward with this tournament and has reserved Nomads our home base venue in CT for Sunday 21st(Same time schedule) since unfortunately the 20th has been booked.

We apologize for the inconvenience and want to make it up to everyone by giving everyone that competes a $20 credit for any division including Absolut that they register for and will be supply free HYPE Xtreme power drinks and water that day to all our competitors. We will also have some UFC Boston tickets to be given away to one of our lucky competitors(Name drawn from a hat) and to the Absolute champion for the August Foxwoods casino event!
